Spread the Wealth Around sounds to me like something Robin Hood did: Take from the rich to give to the poor.

Also, I thought Sarah Palin did this when she got the rich Oil Companies in her state to give back windfall profits so that she could "Spread the Wealth Around" to the citizens of Alaska.

The difference is that money came from the sale of a resource owned by the state of Alaska's citizens.

It wasn't collected from private citizens and then redistributed to whomever the government decided it should go to.

And make no mistake. Obama's plan will do just that. The income cap is going lower every day.
